    Shipping/Handling Policy:


    • Coupons must be entered in at the time of order.   We cannot accept them after the order is placed.   If you would like we can send you a coupon for a second purchase.
    • We do offer 2nd day and next day but because of the multitude of variables involved we have to provide you with a cost for your specific order.   The 2nd day cost provided is an estimate only.   Email us with your request or ask for it in the special instructions box.
    • Free shipping on retail sales orders of $300 or more.   Shipping method is UPS Ground, applies to orders shipped within the continental US only.
    • If the charge for shipping was blank when you placed your order the charges will be manually added to the final amount of your order will be determined by the total weight and the carrier (UPS)
    • If you get a shipment that has damage that is obviously due to the handling of the package, call us and we will contact UPS.    Keep the item and the box for 5 days.   It may have to be picked up by the carrier.
    • If the contents appear to have been damaged or poor quality before they were packaged call us and we will replace the item.
    • For any cancellations be sure to request a cancellation number in order to insure your request is handled correctly
    • For damaged items call us to get instructions on what to do.
    • Non damaged items can be returned within 7 days of receipt of shipment. A fee of 15% of the order total will be charged for credit card order, non damaged type returns (ie you didnt want it).   This is only to cover the cost of credit card processing fees both the purchase and return.   Sorry but this adds up quick!    After 7 days an additional charge of 10% will be deducted from the refund.
    • Please call us first before returning your goods to get a return authorization number.   If you dont call your shipment will be refused and returned to you.
    • Returns will be credited the amount of the cost of the item minus the re stock fee and shipping costs.   
    • The shipping charges for the original shipment will not be refunded.    If shipping was free on the original shipment you will be charged for the shipping the cost if you return the item.
    • Items must be returned in the original packaging
    • Items must be packaged to eliminate damage
    • We cannot be responsible for lost or broken return items. Items need to be insured with UPS, about $.35 per $100 of goods.
    • You pay the return shipping.
